1. How do I buy a voucher?
You can purchase all experiences
through our website via our Worldpay secure on-line purchasing facility
provided by The Royal Bank of Scotland or call our driveme.net customer
centre on 0870 360 0 360, where one of our customer advisers will
be more than happy to answer any questions you may have and take
you through the purchasing process.
2. How long are the gift vouchers valid for?
All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and
can be extended for a further 3 months if required for an admin
fee of £25.
3. What will I get in my voucher pack?
All of our voucher packs are extra special to surprise the person
concerned. It will be sent in a plain white envelope and can be
sent to the purchaser or an alternative address. Inside is as much
information as we can provide such as the voucher, experience details,
itineraries, maps and drivers checklists if required.
4. When will I get my voucher pack?
We endeavour for you to receive your voucher within 7 working days,
all are sent by first class postage. If recorded or special delivery
is required, please feel free to discuss this with one of our customer
advisors, who will be more than happy to arrange this for you.
5. I have an experience voucher and want to book a date?
All dates of experiences are pre-arranged at least 12 months in advance
and can book up very fast. We advise you to contact us in advance
to avoid disappointment. Please call one of our customer advisors
to discuss what dates are available for you to book. This will
be confirmed over the telephone and all necessary information will
be sent by post.
6. Do I need a full driving licence?
Except for Early Drive and Junior Rally, which is for kids. All other
Driving activities require a full U.K driving licence and you must
be able to drive a manual transmission.
7. What happens if it is bad weather?
Many of our outdoor experiences are not weather dependent but some are
(flying, ballooning, sailing etc). If there are adverse weather conditions like high wind or fog we advise you to keep in contact with the supplier
and to contact them before setting off for your experience.
8. Can friends and family attend?
Family
and friends are welcome to attend at most venues but once again please
confirm this with the supplier of your experience. Some suppliers
have hospitality refreshments, photographs and merchandise available
to purchase.
9. Do I get discount for buying more than one voucher?
Yes, please feel free to contact one of our customer advisors to
discuss any discounts that may be available at that time of purchase.
10. Will I enjoy myself?
