White Water Rafting On The River Tay, Scotland

White Water Rafting on the River Tay is ideal for beginners in the summer months. It is one of the only Rivers in the UK that has white water rafting available all year round.

The River Tay is a natural river, so the water levels increase up and then down again with the seasons throughout the year. This makes it perfect for the more experienced white water rafter in the winter months.

The stunning 8 mile stretch of the River Tay that we will cover runs from Aberfeldy to Grandtully. It’s great for the rookie rafters.

Throughout the white water rafting experience, you will learn the fundamentals of paddling and team work. We will give you the opportunity to play games as much as possible to encourage a bit of healthy competition before we go off course and throw each other in.

Finally at the second half of the River Tay at Grandtully, we will take on the white water rapids which will certainly get your pulse racing!

Please allow approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes at the venue for the White Water Rafting on the River Tay. We advise that you bring along swimwear and a towel and an old pair of trainers (that you don't mind getting wet).Wetsuit, helmet and life jackets will be provided upon arrival at the venue. Spectators are welcome to attend. The White Water Rafting is available all year round.
