White Water Rafting Taster Session In Bala, Wales

In this white water rafting session you will do two runs down the River Trywern in one of our 14 foot inflatable rafts.

Before you brave the water you will meet your white water rafting instructor who will give the group a full introduction and safety briefing. A minibus will take you up to the start point where your first descent down the rapids will commence! Prepare to brace yourself for the continuous fast flowing water with its steep chutes and boulder strewn rapids.

After white water rafting down the first run, you will be transported once again to the top of the course where the second run will await. As you become more confident, you may find that the white water rafting session may throw a few surprises your way, with the unpredictable nature of the river, and a cheeky guide on the back who knows what can happen?!

Please allow approximately 1 hour at the venue for the White Water Rafting Experience. We recommend that participants wear comfortable clothing, such as a T-shirt and a pair of old trainers. We advise that you bring along swimwear and a towel. Wetsuit, helmet and life jackets will be provided upon arrival at the venue. Spectators are welcome to attend. The White Water Rafting Taster Session is available all year round.
