The facilities include a 20 metre swimming pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, gymnasium, aerobics, squash courts and a relaxation room.

From the moment you arrive, you can switch off from the outside World and enjoy a leisurely swim, time gathering your thoughts in the sauna or a re-energising work out in the Gym.

The Valentines Spa Day will also include a two course lunch with a glass of wine and a back, neck and shoulder massage.
