Full Day Surf Lesson In Bournemouth

Take to the water and see if you have the skill to ride the waves. Surfing is one of the country's fastest growing sports, isn't it time you tried it?!

Experienced instructors will give you an introduction to water safety and beach awareness. You will then learn how to trim and ride a board lying down, and hopefully, by the end of the lesson, how to 'pop' up and ride the board standing up.

Your experience includes one lesson and hire of all equipment (surfboards and wetsuits are provided).

All instructors are British Surfing Association accredited. They are highly qualified and experienced surfers with SLSA Lifeguard and First Aid qualifications. The school has BSA Level 4 approval (the highest level rating achievable).

Please allow a full day to fully enjoy this experience. Equipment - board and wetsuit is supplied. Please bring a towel, swimmers and something warm(ish) to wear after the lesson. We provide sunscreen and drinking water. Spectators are welcome to watch from the beach. Dates are available from Easter to December, daily 10am and 2pm. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

All participants must be at least 8 years old. If under 10, must be accompanied by parent/guardian for the entire duration of the lesson. All participants must be able to swim 50 metres in open water. The weather should not affect this experience. For your safety, if instructors deem that the conditions are unsuitable, you will be given a voucher to redeem at your convenience. All gift vouchers are valid for 10 months, unless otherwise stated.
