Sunseeker Powerboat (Half Day) In Hampshire

Sunseeker Powerboats have features in three Bond films for a good reason; it offers a unique blend of grace, pace & style!

On this half day experience you will be at the helm of a sleek Sunseeker Powerboat blasting through the waves of the Isle of Wight.

Experience the speed, style and the exhilarating handling of this superb boat!

Discover the luxury and lifestyle of the elite, as you soak up the atmosphere in the Marina and spend time cruising on the Solent. You will also get to experience taking the controls to feel the breathtaking performance of this power boat as you take in the sights of both East and West Cowes, Isle of Wight.

You will also be provided with complimentary tea and coffee at the Banana Wharf Bar/ Restaurant, which overlooks the Sunseeker moorings in the stunning marina.

• Complimentary tea and coffee at a designated meeting point.
• Safety briefing from the fully experienced skipper and crew.
• Settle aboard and then the skipper will cruise down through the Southampton water, past the magnificent cruise ships and their docks.
• The skipper will explain navigation and basic plotting techniques  and answer any questions.
• On reaching the open waters of The Solent, the skipper will open up  the throttles for a "full on" blast heading across to the Isle of Wight.
• If conditions are safe, the skipper will pass over the controls to you and under their instruction you wil get the chance to experience the varying speeds of this sleek powerboat.
• On reaching the River Medina, the skipper will cruise through East and West Cowes, home of the famous sailing regatta.
• As you reach The Solent, it will be time for more "full on" thrills of a high speed blast in the Sunseeker power boat
• If time allows, there will be a go at the popular 'man over board' procedure (with a prop, not a guest)
• One more high speed blast.
• Complementary photograph to remember the day.

Please allow approximately 4 hours for the half day experience. All children must wear a life jacket supplied by us at all times (even on the pontoon).
Please bring with you, sunglasses, hat/cap, sun cream, and camera. Also wear comfortable flat non slip footwear, such as trainers or deck shoes. Dress warmly and bring waterproofs. There is a high wind-chill factor aboard the boat so please dress accordingly. Most Saturdays throughout April to October inclusive.
Morning Experience starts at 9.30am and Afternoon Experience starts at 1:30pm.

Participants must be 10 years old or over unless they have previous boating experience.
This experience is not suitable for anyone with a serious back or heart complaint or for pregnant women.
Maximum weight restriction is 18 stone. This experience could be cancelled due to extreme weather conditions. With the skipper and crew there will be up to 8 people on the experience. Spectators can wave off from the Marine. There are also many local attractions they can visit while you are enjoying your experience.
