This one day course is an introduction to outdoor rock climbing and is for anyone who has ever wanted to try out this awesome sport. Climbing is all about being outdoors on real rock, and this course is designed to allow both beginners and indoor climbers to learn the skills necessary to safely enjoy climbing on sandstone. You will learn how to set up 'top ropes', use guide books and chose the right kit, as well as sharpening your climbing skills.
Southern sandstone is surrounded by beautiful woodland and has the advantage of ease of access, being situated halfway between London and Brighton.

Please allow approximately one day at the venue for the Southern Sandstone Course.
