We recommend participants wear flat soled shoes, long sleeves and trousers.

Restrictions :
You must hold a full manual driving licence (held for at least three years), be less than 6ft 4" tall and weigh less than 16 stone. There is a minimum height restricition of 5ft 2" and a minimum age of 21 years old.
