Hop on a Segway in South Manchester and tour the Cheshire borders with this Segway Rally Racing and Obstacle Course.
In case you have never heard of Segways, they are basically electric powered personal transporters that look like proper space-age gadgets.
All of the clever geometry stuff is hidden inside the wheels and housing, but you don't need to worry about the physics of how Segways work, just enjoy the ride!
Your Segway skills will be tested to the max on our 160 acre estate. You can expect muddy tracks, weaving woodland paths and maybe even a few cows and sheep watching you curiously as you whizz through our off road estate, located in the wilds of the undulating Cheshire countryside.
Itinerary :
Welcome upon arrival
Briefing on health and safety
Get kitted out in the safety gear
Each participant will get some hands-on instruction
Prepare to be let loose on the Slalom course
Once you are competent you will complete a challenging and fun relay rally race on a 40 acre field
Duration :
Please allow approximately 1 hour at the venue for the Segway Rally Racing and Obstacle Course.
Dress :
We recommend that participants wear practical clothing, such as a T-shirt or jumper and comfortable trousers with flat soled shoes. All health and safety gear will be provided upon arrival at the venue for your Segway Experience.
Spectators :
Spectators are welcome to attend.
Availability :
The Segway Rally Racing and Obstacle Course and is available Monday to Friday from March until December.

Restrictions :
The minimum age is 11 years old. All participants under the age of 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult. The minimum weight restriction is 7 stone. You must weigh less than 18 stone.
Weather :
Extreme weather conditions may affect the Segway Rally Racing and Obstacle Course.
Please Note :
The midweek obstacle course is ran in relays and may form part of a group of up to 8 participants.
