Our supplier's venue is the only provider of river bugging in Europe with a fleet of twenty two. Take part and you will be among the first earthlings to sample this new water action sport.
River bugs are a cross between a white water raft and an armchair, the inflatable chambers behind and beside the user ensure you stay on top of the water.
The extra padding turns rock collisions into a low-impact dodgem ride. River Bugs are ideal for summer river levels, so you don't have to wait for the rain and the big water to experience the thrills of the outdoors!
After receiving expert instruction from some of the most experienced Bug exponents in the world, what could be more fun than negotiating your own path down the rapids? A great way to play on the river if you want that little bit more excitement!
Itinerary :
Welcome and Introduction upon arrival
Briefing on safety and River Bugging techniques
You will be kitted out with safety gear
Session learning the basic skills of River Bugging
Let the River Bugging begin!
Debrief and departure
Duration :
Please allow approximately 3 hours at the venue for the River Bugging Experience.
Dress :
We recommend that participants wear comfortable clothing and flat footwear. We advise that you bring along a towel and a change of clothing. Waterproofs will be provided upon arrival at the venue.
Spectators :
Spectators are welcome to attend.

The River Bugging Adventure is available on selected dates throughout the year.

Restrictions :
The minimum age is 14 years old, although participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. You must be taller than 5ft and weigh less than 16 stone. A disclaimer must be signed at the venue.
