Powerboat Taster Session In Hampshire

Hold on tight as you Experience the unique thrill of a high speed tour of the Solent, (the famous strait that separates the Isle of Wight from England).

Feel the grace and pace of these racing thoroughbreds as your highly experienced driver takes the boat to the limits completing our offshore circuit.

Your experience will begin in Southampton where you will receive a full safety briefing as you are provided with an offshore racing jacket and lifejacket before being escorted to the waiting powerboat.

After a short cruise down the river, the highly experienced driver will open up the throttle as you begin to make a splash as you fly across those waves!

This unique experience includes a demonstration of wave jumping, high speed cornering, racing lines and starts. You will then have the opportunity to put it to the test yourself as you receive 2 laps behind the wheel around our offshore circuit.

• Enjoy a short cruise down the river before 'Full throttle' mode.
• Receive a demonstration of wave jumping, high speed cornering, racing lines and starts.
• Experience the thrill as you have a go through 2 laps behind the wheel on our circuit

Please allow approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes at the venue for the Powerboat Taster Session. We recommend that participants wear a T-shirt, jeans and soft shoes or trainers. Please also bring sun glasses, suntan lotion and wear a sweatshirt. There is not a requirement to wear helmets. You will be provided with a waterproof lifejacket. Friends and family are welcome to come and watch you leave the venue. There are toilets, changing areas and catering facilities on site. Dogs and children are welcome. This experience is available on selected weekend dates from May to October.

The minimum age is 12 year old and you must weigh less than 17 stone. Under 18's must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. All participants are required to sign a disclaimer. Extreme weather conditions may affect the Powerboat Taster Session. There will be between one and four others taking part in the session.
