Power Fan Single Descent In South Yorkshire

Be one of the first in the country to experience the Power Fan, this brand new extreme gravity defying experience.

The Power Fan Descent is a parachute free fall jump simulator. It’s the World’s newest extreme adrenaline experience, like nothing before!

Located in Sheffield at an indoor venue built for thrill seekers, your Power Fan Experience will be set in the semi dark ‘Abyss’ complete with music, video screens and effect lighting.

First you will climb 143ft high to the jump station. With the harnesses and equipment checked you are attached on your back to the Power Fan before stepping off 150ft into the ‘Abyss’.

Falling at 97% of gravity your heart will be in your mouth as your Power Fan descent is slowed down in the last 30ft allowing you to land gently on the ground. Not for the faint hearted!

Please allow approximately 2 hours from arrival to complete your Power Fan. (You should arrive around 20 minutes prior to your jump time). We recommend that you dress in comfortable, casual clothes. Skirts are no recommended. Trainers and securely fastened shoes are fine. Dress for the weather as although the venue is indoors, it does tend to be as cold or warm as it is outside. Spectators are welcome to attend. The more the merrier! There are no charges for spectators at this venue and parking is free. The Power Fan is available approximately 2 Saturdays a month throughout the year. Pre booking is essential, please book early to avoid disappointment.

The minimum age is 11 years old. Participants aged 11 to 16 years of age will require a parent or guardian's permission and signature. Those aged over 50 years of age are required to have a Doctor's note stating that there is nothing in their medical history that could cause problems by doing a jump. (This is to comply with our insurance. Please bring this with you on the day). The Power Fan will not be affected by the weather as it is an indoor venue. If you are not in good health or suffer with any of the following conditions, you should NOT jump:

• High Blood Pressure
  
• Heart Condition
  
• Suffer from Dizziness or Epilepsy
  
• Damage to neck, back, spinal column, legs or eyes
  
• Asthma
  
• Pregnancy
  
• Alcohol: If you appear intoxicated you cannot jump
  
• Medication: Please inform us if you are taking any form of medication.
