Piper Warrior Flying Lessons In Warwickshire

These trial flying lessons in Warwickshire allow you the chance to experience the thrill of flying a Piper Warrior four seated aircraft and even allow you the opportunity to take along a passenger with you free of charge.

The Piper Warrior is a piston-powered airplane with low-mounted wings and tricycle landing gear. Learning to fly these light aircrafts is an unforgettable experience and you will be able to take the controls of a Piper Warrior aircraft and soar across the skies of Warwickshire.

The Piper Warrior flying lessons will even count towards your Private Pilots Licence and allow you to gain an insight into the thrills of flying an aeroplane!

• Welcome upon arrival and pre-flight briefing
• Taxi the aircraft out (you will be shown how to taxi the aircraft using your feet)
• Power checks at the hold and pre departure checks
• Enter the active runway and depart into the local area
• You will control the aircraft from just after the take-off (dual controls are fited)
• Return to the Coventry circuit pattern and control the turn onto base leg
• Set up the approach to the runway and hand back the controls to the instructor for them to complete the landing
• At taxi-ing speed you may have control for the return of the apron (parking)
• Collect Flight Certificate as a reminder of your flight (record it in your log book)
• Enjoy a complimentary celebration drink at the local pub
• This flight will count towards your European or National licence
• Depart

Duration varies depending on your purchased time. Please arrive 30 minutes before your allocated time. Spectators are welcome to attend. The Flying Lessons are available 7 days a week all year round.

The minimum pilot age is 12 years old (if under 16 years of age, adult supervision is required). You must be less than 6ft 6" tall and weigh less than 16 stone. Extreme weather conditions may affect the Flying Lessons in Warwickshire. All gift vouchers are valid for 10 months, unless otherwise stated.
