OWL ENCOUNTER

This is a must for the owl enthusiast, the complete beginner, or a child at school learning about British wildlife and birds. We have all five of the indigenous species of British Owls. These are the Tawny Owl (Strix Aluco), Barn Owl (Tyto Alba), Long Eared Owl (Asio Otus), Little Eared Owl (Asio Flammeus) and Little Owl (Athene Noctua).

From the largest of Eagle Owls to the smallest of Barn Owls, these birds never fail to amaze the young and old alike with their friendly, placid manner.

Please allow approximately 2 hours at the venue for the Owl Encounter. The Owl Encounter may be affected by weather conditions. Participants are advised to wear casual, comfortable clothing with flat shoes or trainers. Spectators are welcome at a charge of £15.

Minimum age is 12 years old. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. The Owl Encounter is available all year round on weekdays & weekends. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months. We endeavour to dispatch vouchers by first class post on the day of purchase when ordered before 3pm.
