If relaxation is all you came for, then you can just head to the Sauna, Steam Room or Jacuzzi after you've been properly pampered and chill out for a while.

Your Pamper treatments will include a Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage, Decleor Mini Facial and a manicure or pedicure each.

Please allow approximately 6 hours at the venue for the Mother and Daughter Pamper Day at Vitality Spa. Your total spa treatment time will be 1 hour and 30 minutes. Robes, towels and slippers are provided, Please bring swimwear, gym attire and suitable footwear. The Mother and Daughter Pamper Day is available 7 days a week throughout the year, with the exception of bank holidays.
