An action packed driving experience that includes the thrill of driving a Lotus Elise and a Formula Ford single seater racing car.
The Lotus Elise & single seater experience at Castle Combe begins with a detailed briefing that covers racing lines, turning in points and apexes.
It is then time for some practical tuition in the Ford Focus ST before harnessing up and experiencing the Formula Ford racing car on the track.
Once you have completed your laps in the single seater racing car, it is time to progress into the Ford Fiesta to see what this car can really do.
Finally it is over to the Lotus Elise to experience the amazing handling of this ideal track car.
Then it's back into the briefing area for your debrief to collect your certificate presentation and driving assessment sheet.
In short, a day of driving you will never forget.
Itinerary :
- Briefing on safety & driving techniques
- Two passenger instruction laps in a Ford Fiesta S
- Three driving analysis laps in a Ford Fiesta S
- Six driving laps in a Formula Ford racing car
- One passenger instructor lap in a Ford Focus ST
- One passenger instuction lap in a Lotus Elise
- Five driving analysis laps in a Lotus Elise
- Debriefing
Restrictions :
You must hold a full manual driving licence, be less than 6ft 2" tall and weigh less than 16 stone.
Duration :
Please allow approximately 4 to 5 hours at the venue for the Lotus Elise & Single Seater Experience at Castle Combe.
Weather :
Extreme weather conditions may affect the Lotus Elise & Single Seater Experience at Castle Combe.
Dress :
We recommend that participants wear loose clothing and trainers. Arms and legs must be covered. Participants will be issued with crash helmets, gloves and balaclavas which must be worn when in the vehicles.

Courses are available on selected Fridays and Saturdays throughout the year.
