Get ready for the ultimate Woodland High Ropes Course! Extreme Adventure is a high ropes course built in some of the tallest trees in Eastern England, in the beautiful New Wood part of the Weasenham Woods in Norfolk.
You will experience hours of adrenaline rushing fun as we take aerial trekking to new extremes! Swing, climb and jump as you undertake high ropes of 20 and 40 ft, in addition to a 3G Swing, an 80 ft high Fan Descender (a controlled vertical jump) and a 1000 ft high zip wire! Did we mention that both are respectively thought to be Britain’s highest and longest!
There are eleven elements for the 20 ft High Ropes including the Postman's Walk
(tight rope with hand rope), Islands in the Sky
(hanging/ swinging Platforms), Wind Chimes
(hanging vertical logs) and a Zip Wire into a Scramble Net.
The 40 ft High Ropes consists of seven elements including the Burma Bridge
(V shaped rope bridge through an oak tree), Multi Vines
(a tight rope with hanging vines to hang on to) and a 300 ft high zip wire to the 3G swing. The 3G Swing is an exhilarating ride for any participant who wants to experience the g-force effect. The swing can take 3 people at a time and is winched up to a maximum height of 45 ft while one of the participants then releases it into a massive swing!
To top off your High Ropes Adventure you will enjoy our Woodland Walk, a chance to get away from the crowd and enjoy time in a truly beautiful woodland surrounding. Follow our woodland walk and learn about all the different species of trees and flowering shrubs. For an added bit of fun for the kids we have created a woodland quiz to help them discover lots of interesting facts about the wood.

- Safety briefing on course and equipment
- Our qualified Instructors will fit you out with safety equipment
- Tackle the 20 ft Rope Course elements
- Tackle the 40 ft Rope Course elements
- Wizz down a 300ft Zip Wire
- Enjoy an exhilarating ride on the 3G Swing (45 ft high)
- Experience the thrill of flying down a1000 ft Zip Wire
- Brave the 80ft Fan descender jump (a controlled vertical jump - this is similar, but much higher, than the fan descenders used by the armed forces for parachute training)
- Once back on ground level, enjoy our Woodland Walk
- Depart at the end of an adrenaline fuelled course
Restrictions :
The minimum age is 10 years old. You must be more than 4ft 7" tall and weigh less than 20 stone. The standard cost is £50 for adults (Minimum of 18 years old) and £46 for kids, (10-17 year olds).

We recommend that participants wear comfortable outdoor clothing. Long hair must be tied back and all jewellery and body piercings must be removed or taped over.
Availability :
The
Extreme Adventure High Ropes Course is available between April to October and weekends throughout early December.
