Overnight. Your total spa treatment time will be approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. We recommend casual, comfortable clothing during the day and evening wear for dinner. Towels are provided. Robes can be hired at a charge of £3.00. You will need to bring your swimming/ gym attire with some appropriate footwear for both the gym and poolside to enjoy the range of activities on offer to you as part of your day.
