Flying Lessons In A Four Seater Plane In Hertfordshire

These flying lessons will take place in a four seated Piper Cherokee aeroplane, located at Panshanger Aerodrome in Hertfordshire.

Panshanger Aerodrome is ideally located 20 minutes from London and has been teaching the World to fly since 1993. You can have every bit of confidence in their experienced flying instructors at this CAA approved Flight Training Organisation.

Your flying lessons will take place in a four seated Piper Cherokee plane which was built for aircraft training. You will be given the chance to fly this light aircraft with a choice of a 30 or 60 minute flying lesson.

Upon arrival at the aerodrome, you will be introduced to the plane, followed by a short briefing from the qualified CAA flying instructor. Next, you will take to the skies for your choice of flight duration. Once you are airborne, you will take control of the aircraft for the majority of flight duration giving you a real taste of aviation.

Duration varies depending on your purchased time. Please arrive 30 minutes before your allocated time. Spectators are welcome to attend. There is a lovely café onsite and a viewing point so you can see the take off and landing. The Flying Lessons are available 6 days a week all year round.

You must be less than 6ft 4" tall and weigh less than 17 stone. The minimum age is 12 years old. (if the children are under 16 years of age at least one adult must be present). Extreme weather conditions may affect the Flying Lessons in Hertfordshire. All gift vouchers are valid for 10 months, unless otherwise stated.
