How to exchange the Leisure Gift Voucher :
Vouchers are valid for 10 months from the date of purchase.
To exchange a voucher simply choose the experience you would like to book and call us.
If the selected experience is run by ourselves we can book a date immediately and for third party experiences we will issue an experience voucher with details of how to book a date.
Delivery :
We endeavour to dispatch vouchers by first class post on the day of purchase when ordered before 3pm.
