The spacious accommodation of the cookery school has a large lecture room with individual purpose built kitchen workstations and demonstration kitchen.
There are relaxation areas and ample parking. The aim has been to create an informal, friendly and comfortable environment where you can come and enjoy learning to cook something new!

Arrival. Coffee and tea will be served while you have a chance to read your portfolio of the days recipes
10.00am - 10-45am
Cookery demonstration and discussion
10:45am - 1:00pm
Practical cooking under the supervision of our chef and teachers
1:00pm - 2:00pm
Lunch (included in price)
2:00pm - 3:30pm
Learn cooking tips and techniques and more practical cooking
3:30pm - 4:30pm
