BEDFORD MJ DRIVING

Drive the amazing ex-army Bedford MJ over incredibly difficult terrain. You will encounter some seriously challenging obstacles on your way, but don't worry too much as you'll have an experienced instructor on hand to help you!

There is no set course: the route you take will depend on your experience, ability and stamina!

Please allow approximately one and a half hours for the Bedford MJ Driving Experience.
This activity will only be cancelled due to extreme weather conditions, in which case you will be notified in advance. The Bedford MJ Driving Experience is available on weekdays and weekends throughout the year, with various start times in the morning and afternoon.
Guests are welcome, and we encourage specators to get as close to the action as safely possible. However, we do ask that all guests are prebooked. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months. We endeavour to dispatch vouchers by first class post on the day of purchase when ordered before 3pm.

Participants must be fit and able bodied. Minimum age is 17.Driving activities such as 4x4 Off Roading may not be suitable for those with heart, back or neck conditions, nor if you are pregnant. You must be fit enough to climb into a high cab. Maximum weight is 114kg (18 stone) Maximum height 6'4”, minimum height 5'2”. Participants are advised to wear suitable driving footwear and outdoor clothing. The majority of the course is inside the cab, but you may have to get out if you become stuck in mud to help secure towing cables.
