Itinerary :
- Welcome on arrival
- Spend time using the leisure facilities.
- Bannatyne Pick Me Up Facial followed by a scalp massage.

Please allow at least half a day at the venue for the Bannatyne Spa Pamper Day For One. Total treatment time is approximately 40 minutes.

Robes and slippers are available at all locations, a non-refundable rental charge may apply please enquire when making your appointment. You will need to bring your swimming/gym attire with some appropriate footwear for both the gym (trainers) and poolside (flip flops) to enjoy the range of activities on offer to you as part of your day.
