An exhilarating outdoor experience!
Set in the beautiful surroundings of Mid Wales, this day is all about being outdoors.

Choose from these exciting activities gorge walking, climbing, canoeing, abseiling or body boarding.

This experience offers a fantastic way for yourself and your friends to get outdoors and introduce yourselves to a world of outdoor adventure.
Activities Available :
  • Climbing - Enjoy climbing cliffs in Wales
  • Gorge Walking - Natural slides & pools to go down & jump in
  • Canoeing -  Canoe on some of Wales' most beautiful estuaries.
  • Abseiling -  Abseil down a cliff face
  • Body Boarding -  Catch a wave on Mid Wales' sandy coast line
Restrictions :
Participants should be of reasonable health and fitness and are required to complete a medical form.

Full day
Group Numbers :
You will be part of a group of between 2 & 10 people
Dress :
Participants are advised to wear warm clothing and bring spare trainers that can be used during water activities to get wet in!
