Learn the basics of abseiling, safe in the knowledge that you are attached to a safety rope. Once confident you can up the adrenaline and even try it blindfolded!

Restrictions :
Minimum age is 18. Please bring a packed lunch and plenty of water as there are normally no shops near the venue.
Dress :
Participants are advised to wear suitable comfortable fitting clothing (no jeans) and trainers. Due to the nature of the locations, waterproof and warm clothing is advised on all courses. All abseiling and safety equipment supplied.
