Junior Rally Driving At Silverstone Rally School

Whether you have little or no driving experience, this course will be suitable for you. Starting off with learning the basics, you will practice the use of the accelerator and clutch control along with steering and braking techniques, all on our authentic rally stage.

Exclusively for junior drivers, you will go onto master more advanced techniques such as hand brake turns and power sliding all in a Ford KA. Each driver will have the chance to practice these techniques with three separate driving sessions and then to top it all off your rally instructor will show you how it is really done as they take to the wheel and you enjoy a thrilling high speed passenger ride!

Please allow approximately 2 hours at the venue for the Junior Rally Driving Experience at Silverstone Rally School. We recommend that participants wear flat soled shoes, long sleeves and trousers. Spectators are welcome to attend. Courses are available on occasional Sundays throughout the year and school holidays.

You do not need a driving licence for this experience, but must be less than 6ft 4” tall and weigh less than 18 stone. Extreme weather conditions may affect the Junior Rally Driving Experience at Silverstone Rally School. The instruction is 1:1 whilst in the car with up to 6 drivers taking turns. Length of time at the school is dependant on the number of participants but please allow up to 2 hours. All gift vouchers are valid for 10 months, unless otherwise stated.
