This is an intensive experience with one to one tuition to teach the basics of how to tackle different types of off-road conditions safely and successfully.
Slopes, ruts, mud, water this experience is about learning and enjoying the off-road terrain. You will be driving on unfamiliar ground, not retracing your route.
Most drivers are amazed by what 4x4s and our Land Rovers are capable of – not to mention their own capabilities once they get a feel for the vehicle and learn some off-roading skills!
Itinerary :
- Welcome & Refreshments
- Briefing by a Qualified Instructor
- Driving a variety of complex courses
- You will start off driving small slopes, gullies and hills
- You will move onto driving the most complex courses
- A de-brief & Presentation
Restrictions :
You must hold a full manual driving licence which will need to be shown on the day.
You must be fit and able bodied. Driving on rough terrain may not be suitable for pregnant women or those with heart, back or neck conditions.
Duration :
Please allow approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes at the venue for the the one to one 4x4 Off-Road driving in Louth Experience.
Weather :
Extreme weather conditions may affect the one to one 4x4 Off-Road driving in Louth.
Dress :
We recommend that participants wear suitable driving footwear such as trainers or soft soled shoes and suitable outdoor clothing.
Availability :
This activity is run on weekdays and some weekends throughout the year, with various start times both morning and afternoon.
Spectators :
Participants are welcome to bring a maximum of 2 spectators free of charge. Any extra spectators are welcome to attend but at a charge of £10 per person (Spectators under the age of 14 can come for free).
